If you have been involved in a non-fault accident you are entitled to a replacement vehicle. This is to put you back in a position you were in before the accident. We recover the costs incurred from the “at fault” party’s insurance company.
We offer instant replacement vehicles for taxi firms and drivers. We understand the importance of getting you back on the road as soon as possible after an accident, ensuring we minimise any loss of earnings by guaranteeing to deliver a PCO registered vehicle as soon as possible, so you could return to work the very same day.
We stock all different types of vehicles which are already PCO Registered with up to date MOT to ensure you have no delays when returning back to work. We stock the following vehicles for you to choose from:

All our vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy which covers Hire & Reward for the purposes of Private Hire. This means that you are fully protected while driving our replacement vehicle on the road. Should an unfortunate accident take place with our vehicle, you are liable to pay an excess. The amount of excess you are liable for will depend on the type of vehicle that has been given to you. All the terms and conditions will be explained prior to you signing the hire documents.
As long as you are above the age of 23 and hold a full UK driving licence with a valid PCO driver license, you will be eligible to get a PCO registered replacement taxi – the same day.
We allow unlimited mileage on all our vehicles meaning that you can drive as much as you want without worrying about getting charged for excess mileage.
Our aim is to get your damaged vehicle inspected by one of our qualified independent vehicle assessors within 7 days. This will enable us to know if your vehicle is repairable or a total loss. We can then proceed to disclosing this information to the “at fault” party’s insurance company. At any point you will not be liable to pay the vehicle inspection fees as it will be recovered from the “at fault” party’s insurance company.
