If you have been involved in a non-fault accident you are entitled to a replacement vehicle, which will put you back in the position you were in before the accident. We recover the costs incurred from the “at fault” party’s insurance company.
We offer instant standard, prestige and sport/performance vehicles to our customers. We understand the frustration that our clients go through after an accident and the last thing they would want is to be left without a car, this is why we promise to deliver a like for like or in most cases a better vehicle than yours at your door step – the very same day.
We stock all different types of vehicles which are all less than 12 months old. We have the following vehicles, for you to choose from:
Vauxhall Corsa / VW Polo / Audi A1
Vauxhall Astra / VW Golf / Seat Leon
Vauxhall Insignia / VW Passat / Volvo V40
Mercedes A Class / BMW 1 Series / Audi A3
Mercedes C Class / BMW 3 Series / Audi A4
Mercedes E Class / BMW 5 Series / Audi A6
Mercedes S Class / BMW 7 Series / Audi A7
For performance vehicles we can provide anything from a Porsche to a Lamborghini or even a Ferrari.
All our vehicles are covered by a comprehensive insurance policy. This means that you are fully protected while driving our replacement vehicle on the road. Should an unfortunate accident take place with our vehicle, you are liable to pay an excess. The amount of excess you are liable for will depend on the type of vehicle that has been given to you. All the terms and conditions will be explained prior to you signing the hire documents.
As long as you are above the age of 18 and hold a full UK driving licence, our replacement vehicle service will be available to you.
We allow unlimited mileage on all our vehicles meaning that you can drive as much as you want without worrying about excess mileage charge.
Our aim is to get your damaged vehicle inspected by one of our qualified independent vehicle assessors within 7 days. This will enable us to know if your vehicle is repairable or a total loss. We can then proceed to disclosing this information to the “at fault” party’s insurance company. For more information about vehicle repairs please visit the Vehicle Repairs page
